Who are we
Transcend Strategic was established by Benjamin Tran, who is a U.S. Army Combat Veteran and former Para-Militry Contractor.
Mr. Tran served in tours of duties in many conflicts zones all over the world and boast a total of 7 years forwardly deployed overseas where he was directly involved in combat and security operations as a member of various specialized teams.
The essences of Transcend Strategic is that we have no “employees,” every person with our organization is a team member who holds a similar background as our founder. We strictly adhere to a standard unmatched in the security industry. Most of our team members come from the very best our country has to offer. Many are experienced combat specialty veterans & former special operations forces as well as law enforcement.
Our team members come with a considerable amount of training and will receive a considerable amount more from our in-house team of certified trainers who are established and certified with Washington States Criminal Justice Training Commission (CJTC) and Department of Licensing. Here at Transcend Strategic licensing and Compliance is strictly adhere to, every one of our team members will be fully licensed, certified and trained for their specific roles.
What do we do
Transcend Strategic is a veteran own and operated business established in 2024. We are a full services private protection organization offering Unarmed & Armed Security Officers, Event Security, Mobile Patrols, HOA Security, Residential Security, Retail Security, Firewatch, and Construction site security.

Why we exist
From our owner:
“After spending several years abroad I finally came home in 2021, my home state of Washington was unrecognizable. Everywhere I went, my senses for danger were heightened. Dangers which has aways existed in the shadow were now in plain view and in abundance with little to no recourse for the community.
There are simply not enough Law Enforcement officers, Washington state specifically is last in terms of Police per person in the nation. To bridge this gap in public safety the security industry has expanded, however, it still did not make a difference in most community. This is because the most security officers have very little to no training and prior experience and therefore provide little to no actual protection.
The exceptions are when there is a highly trained, experienced and active security officers. With these security officers follows a ring of influence that directly impact the immediate community they operate in. This is where the value of Transcend Strategic is, which is our ability to deploy highly trained and experienced professionals.”
